not able to get MPC 2.11.1 installed and working

I just got a win 7 DELL and want to put MPC 2 software on it. I have two lice nses for my old desktop and old DELL laptop. I'm not sure I'll need another activation or whatever sorry- my brain is kinda fried!

i'm getting this error when I go to boot up MPC 2

Error details: could not find imported function in specified DLL

was trying to get it workin, just decided to make a new InMusic profile and buy the software again. It's installing, cross your fingers

I had to get it 1.0X the oldest version. i think it's working! still installing
