I think sales will begin on March 20th, when the 30% off software promotion begins for those who completed the MPC development expectations survey. Of course, that's just my guess :)

Anyone else feel like Akai got spooked by the Casio sampler at NAMM & rushed to get this out?

That device looked more of threat to TE & Roland, but maybe now Akai are looking for a piece of the pie! :)

Faking a leaked product can be a great way to test the market. Based on the the reaction of this MIni thing, it would sell well. Also, if it was real wouldn't we had seen the FCC files?
