I can leave the Behringer hardware at home and it has memory. I agree on the price.. I waited until I had enough discount that it awake $41. The current price is about $50 off of the Behringer MS1 , so you can get a physical 101 emulation for essentially the same price.

Im trying not to use it daily.. hope they released preset expansions in the future

Broadly the same, but wanted to make better use of the comment sections. I've been working on Reese and Neuro basses and watching others they use the OTT compressor a hell a lot. So requested a focus on multi band. I'm loving the bass bypass option (highpass) on the Tape Double track and saying they should incorporate this feature more. The phaser and flanger in the OPX4 has it too, they are the Air plug ins, but the original air plugins don't. Suggested they add that to many of the Air Plug ins.

Also pointed out that they don't make and changes to their instruments after release. The Jura's filter drive is pathetic, but the filter drive on my BassStation and Hydrasynth actually have some impact. The OPX4 is my favourite, I love the Matrix and Formant section, but making that have more basic wave shapes would both make it much more powerful as well as much more user friendly for beginners. And making the filter not just parallel, but serial would be great too. .

Do you mean for plug in instruments, so you can go through presets without the FX on. Yeah, I wish that was default on all synths. They added that to the Hydrasynth on a later update. It has 4 FX blocks with the last being reverb. You can set it to turn off just one FX block when scrolling through presets, so you can preview all with just no reverb.

On the Odyssey, I have a button m=on the Launchpad set to Spring reverb on/off, so I can check out sounds and turn it off when presets us it.

Funny that the MPC firmware is constantly in deployment, but the soft synths are not. They could really evolve their synths and get a good rep for doing so.

I'm hoping we have some new plugin instruments for standalone MPC

There are 3 new Instrument logos in the "studio instrument collection" on Akai website

Vintage Jup (Jupiter 8?)

Vintage Pro (Prophet 5??/Pro 1??)

Vintage Memory Moog

Anyone used them already in VST form??Are they any good?

Yeah, these were revealed months ago, but nobody here to my knowledge have reviewed them. Check YT.
