I don't know why, but I took keygroups for granted. I'm a bit surprised they're not supported.

Not sure if it's for me, but I must confess I like the toy...

I really didn't expect it to be so simple yet so, dare I say good.
Everybody that has used a pre-MPC4000 unit should be impressed by how many features they are able to cram into such a small form factor.
Is it for everyone? Absolutely NOT!
Is it a mean little box that you can use in a pinch, my Magic 8-ball says YES.

I like the concept, but I'm so invested in the MPC ecosystem that I can do everything plus more with the main MPC lineup. This is an accessory, that could be used to make a decent sounding beat on the go. Will it go on my Father's Day, B-Day, X-mas list? Yeah sure. Will I go crazy without it...? Nah!

With 2gb of Ram, you would think it could do simple midi in and out, then edit the steps in step edit.
Also.. is there Track Explosion? or Pad Explosion? Cause I just seen export the whole thing.
So I would assume muting pads and playing out, or muting pads and exporting and such would be the way to get your projects onto PC without using MpcSoftware. I really do not use their software at all, or plan on to.

If it had Midi, MultiplePads via AudioOut, or Export: PadExplosion, then maybe I'd be more interested. Otherwise... It's ok.

They are gonna do what they are gonna do. Push more units.
