wrong way to shop.
You don't need someone to point you to a good deal and don't look at it from the point of view of just the box.
Decide on exactly what you want to use it for, what programs you need/plan to run, then check their specs to see what the system requirements.
After that shop for that computer.

Even a free computer is a piece of sh*t if it can't run the software you need.

true, basically I use SoundForge and Fruity Loops, have Acid but never use it and I'm looking to get into a Pro Tools setup down the road...so I guess I need a PC but I don't konw what kind of specs I need
