Not that I can find, was looking for this yesterday. These are the kind of feature requests I think they should focus on, quality of life stuff.

Had no choice on most legacy MPC's but to use step edit. Now that I'm spoiled on grid edit I WANT it, but I just don't see that happening on MPC Sample. Depending on how many notes you use a grid edit on MPC Sample can quickly become a dot matrix screen that looks like the S2400, I don't think anyone wants that for this machine.

The whole grid works for the 2500/S2400, but I think keeping this guy to Step Edit is fine.

stem export is all I really feel that I need with this thing. I've seen some work arounds as far as resampling muted sequences and popping those into the card and exporting, but with how robust the system already is seems silly that we couldn't just get an option to bounce out the individual pads.

I was thinking along the line of the op-1 pattern sequencer. Page 1 would be the first 8 pads, then hit the tact switch to swap to other page with the other 8 pads. Scroll wheel to go left and right like the old school MPCs

Probably won't happen but I love for a grid edit. I used to use the step edit on the old MPCs too, but the sample is lacking compared to that. Plus it's just an old relic from the past. I can do trackers but for some reason the format of the MPC sample list just makes me want to avoid it if possible.

I would like to see a 3 band eq on each pad. It could work, there is 3 knobs. Also in the timing correct menu, the shift timing, I would like it to shift the notes further off grid, without having to go into grid edit and do it. That’s it. :worthy:

most important feature i want to see:
- full internal audio capture: ability to record everything happening on the device to a selected pad in real time (sequences, pad triggers, pad fx automation, flex beat)... basically like sample recall, but without the 20 sec time limit.

make this thing a **** resampling monster as its destiny requires!

I have a simple request...please make it possible to manually turn off the onboard speaker. I have the MPC Sample playing audio through my computer via USB and the speaker doesn't automatically turn off like it would if I plugged in headphones or the audio outputs.

An easy workaround for now is to just plug in headphones or anything to the outputs to have the speaker shut off, and audio will still transfer via USB. For example I am just using a 1/4"->1/8" adapter plugged into one of the audio outputs to disable the speaker that way. it works but its kinda janky, a manual shut off feature would be nice.

If you just want to mute the onboard speaker while using USB audio, you can simply turn the volume knob down to zero.

Would like to edit 16 level data, currently if you've recorded a 16 level melody (say, with 'tune') and need to adjust the tuning of a step it's not possible, so you have to re-record.

Also when inserting events in step edit mode, it doesn't seem possible to insert 16 level events as the 16 levels function is disabled here.

 it's always the obvious things that I forget! thanks so much for this!

I see what you're saying now, and it's just like I thought it would be, I've haven't seen the OP-1 sequencer before, and it reminds me of S2400 sequencer, little dots everywhere like an old dot matrix printer.

I just realised that Time Signature is set per Project.
I would love to be able to set it per Sequence to make changes within a Song..
