its 90% operator, 10 % machine. you find thes strengths of the machine and work on that. one thing i loveeeeeeee about the mpc sample is its simplicity!! i use 95% of this little guy and out of the box i was able to get on with it sans reading the manual. its been fun to play with.
so being "new to akai" is not a reason. if you like the machine, then get on it and be creative. try to stay away from these toxic repsonses from the hive on this forum. i love all 3 machines and none of the issues spoken about in this thread ive had an issue with.
Do people looking for things to complain about or are they pointing out problems they found & how would know the difference? Also complaining about people complaining is still complaining.
In this case being new is important as the people being disappointed by more lofi FX is from long-time users. So it would make sense for a new user to not see the problem with "new" FX. He a least knew it could've be because he's knew.
I agree, some want too much but like you said with more features comes more bugs. Bugs are things people complain about. Whereas new features can be ignored.
