"Reset Strip" works to pan drum program back to center BUT

Looking through the Mixer settings I could not figure out what was wrong to begin with. Track and pads panned C, or did not change. Look at sample layers, they are panned C. I normally don't even mess with panning on anything and certainly don't pan the drum kit 90% to the right which is what it sounded like.

Akai 3.6.0 with Pro Pack.

Think this is the 2nd or 3rd time it's happened. Is this Reset Strip feature some sort of brute force bug workaround? Is there something besides Mixer settings and Layer setting that would cause a track to get panned way over?

Did you find a reason this was happening? It seems to be happening to me on certain tracks

Not yet, but it doesn't happen very often.

MPC 3.6, is that a typo? If it isn't, update and see if it's been fixed.

Yeah I'm still on 3.6. Hadn't seen anything too compelling until 3.9 so probably will do so shortly. Since I don't know how to make it happen, and it only happened a few times in the year I've owned the One, can't test it directly.

I have an open mic performance this week so will try the update to 3.9 after that.
