Audio Exporting Issues - MPC Sample + MPC 3 Desktop

Got the MPC Sample and have been slowly working through learning to use it. It's my first time in the MPC space. The more I use it, the more I dig it.

But as I'd like to get my ideas transferred to work in the DAW, I wanted to stem out the tracks as audio. I bought the MPC 2 software, which offered the MPC 3 Desktop beta. I wanted to test opening up a project I made on the Sample, a song, and then open the project in MPC 3. I then exploded the project to separate the tracks, and then finally I wanted to export the audio as separate tracks.

After the progress bar showed the rendering, I found that the audio files are not in the folder I've created for the stems. When it failed a second time, I tried two other locations on the computer. In both cases, no error messages, but no audio files either.

There's a good video I followed on how to do this, so I know that I'm doing it right and must be missing something.

I'm on MacOS 26.5. I also have the latest version of the MPC 3 software.
