MPC Live 3 jogwheel suddenly working only backwards.

My (almost) brand new MPC Live 3's jogwheel started working only backwards (decreasing values even if I turn clockwise) all of a sudden today (after switching from controller mode to standalone). It was working perfectly yesterday.

I tried resetting preferences, blowing compressed air into the knob shaft, even applying DeoxIT contact cleaner. Nothing works.

I'm kind of panicking here. Supposed to go on tour with it soon.

Anyone else has experienced this?

Yep. I tried downgrading to 3.8, then reinstalling 3.9, either directly from USB key or from the PC with direct USB C connection. Nothing changes.

Opened up a support ticket with InMusic but who knows when they'll reply.

If it's a sudden hardware fault it's extremely disappointing. I've had this unit for less than 6 months and took very good care of it. The jog wheel on my old Live 1 still works perfectly after 8 years.
