I have just released a macOS editor for MPC3000 and MPC60 in case anyone is interested. 
You can import (if you have an SD card reader on your MPC) to your computer and export to your MPC from your computer. Convert, normalize, truncate, slice… Stereo Export directly to the MPC60 if you run Vimana OS and memory management. More feats to come.
