VST Wrapper work w/ ProTools?

Anybody out there successfully use VST inside of
a program that is not made to support VST synths and
plugz? I keep hearing about vst wrappers that can do
this for ProTools, so, anyone with experience, please chime in...

I've got the fxpansion VST-AU Adapter for Logic. The original version I bought on CD back in 2003 has worked fine, but I had problems with updates. However, that was probably because I was still on Logic Gold 5 & Mac OSX 10.2.8 back then, & the updates were intended for Logic 6 & Panther. I should try them again since I've upgraded both things now.

I'm not using any really big, complex VST plug-ins, just the usual free OSX ones. They all work fine, although I found some didn't like to have more than one instance of themselves in the same song..... a pity as I love the CamelPhattFree for kicks & basses. Again, this might have been a Logic 5 issue, not a wrapper issue. I haven't tried with using two or more in Logic 6 yet.

Its really great! It costs 80 bucks and nearly every vst and vsti can be wrapped to rtas. (Some free ones may crash during the wrap)
You install the wrapper.
You place all ur vst (dll´s) in a specified folder (under program files, fxpansion, vst plugins)
You open the wrapper, you press "go" or something, the wrapper will wrap all the vst´s to the dea folder from digi.
Then open PT and watch the huge rtas collection!

I had it when it just came out and there were some issues with the first version. But v1.3 was great! Fxpansion sends you an update every now and than. The last one is 1.6beta. But I dont have PT anymore..
