How to sync????

Exactly how to I sync my mpc to acid so i can just press record on the computer and have the Mpc start? Ive been trying but cant figure it out. thanks for the help in advance.

MPC2kxl MIDI settings are as follows (generate MTC):
Shift + 9
MIDI SYNC OUT (A)
Frame Rate 25 (for CEP) 30 (for Vegas)
Send MMC ON

Acid MIDI settings are as follows (trigger from MTC):
Options Menu
Timecode
“Trigger from MIDI timecode”

If you don't like the question don't answer it, who are you to judge whether someones questions are more stupid than your own questions?
