Can the Mpc60 or 60mk2 read wav. files

i need to know this, cause id love to have one.

I m not a 60 expert but from what I know they can t read wav files

I guess it s only .SND files or something like that

But with the MPC editor and OS 3.10 you can make a program with wav files, export in 3000 format and load them to your hearts content.

and i could load these on the 60 as well?

yes, the 3.10 OS can load MPC 3000 pgm's and snd's. It takes care of the conversion. The load takes longer than a native 60 file, but once you load it once, save it overwriting the mpc editor file and it will load as fast as any 60 program.
