I heard this too..... sucks if it's true, but this just means they won't be making vinyl anymore, the old stuff will still be around.

yo they been saying that since cd's came out but vinyl is still strong as ever, twenty years ago vinyl was going to die out , but it's still in your mom and pop shops they just took it out of chain stores but who needsthem anyway al they sell is wacked ass sht they play on the radioi anyhow , like i said you can still buy your vinyl at indie stores suporrt your local indie shop put these other maphukers out stay tru stay udaground.

i think they will figure out new ish to use. Just like the cd industy is starting to use corn disks and other biodegradible mediums. Record labels need vinyl to promote music. And right now dj culture is bigger then its ever been and will only continue to grow. So i wouldnt worry bout a thing.

like i said about 24 yrs ago when i was diggin still green at it, they used to tell me the same, but you cant replace analog vinyl was the best sound creation ever made to listen to stuff you can archive, thats why its still hear today, it just scare tactics.
like binger ssaid also the dj culture is strng still
so i wouldnt woryy bout vestax wont have created that vinyl cutter if it was dieing out.

^^ true. Also I 'd like to add tower records gets the dills they suck anyway I don't remember the last time I went there to get wax. So let them meet the demands od digital djs

Tower wasn't always lame.

tower records went out in the late 80's in the 90's it turned into tower cd's and tapes they dont even deserv to have that name if they dont carry records
