Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Can you slow down a sample in the MPC other than just changing the tempr? Not even sure if that will work. I.E. Make a fast riff slow and then chop and rearrange? I am just curious if it can be done as I am almost certain that it can be. If you have any tips, please post. Thanks, BsK

Shift 6, drum 1, params. This is screen where u can change the parameters of your samples. Try the tune to slow down your sample.
