MPC Programs and program change

When I load all of my drum programs into the machine ( i have 15) i would like to have the capability of all my sequences to remember which drum kits are assigned to it. As of now i have to go into the sequence and change the kits each time manually. This is very tedious for my live shows where I would like the transitions to be more fluid. Any suggestions? Thanks.
