samples on the Mpc

I dont know if this is possible,i just got my mpc,
but i wanna put my sample over the pads just like u do on a keybord,
with diffrent pitch.is it possible? and if,,how??

oad a sample and press " 16 levels" i kinda does what ya want, notice tho the mpc isnt a real multisampler for sampling i.o. a piano, it can be done, read the tutorials on the mpc-tutor

Another question,I load up a sample,,timestrecht it to fit the sequence.
but when i turn to the "main screen" to record it,i still hear the original tempo on the sample when i tap the Pad.Why ?

you have to assign the new sample to the a pad. the old sample is still assigned to the pad you are hittin. when you time stretch it creates a new sample file.

also, you can automaticaly assign a sample split up in a scale like fashion by hitting auto in the program screen.

befor i start making a beat,i load up all instruments and assign em to diffrent pads.especialy all the diffrent drums,,snares,HH,kicks..
but when i comes to the sample,,i wanna use the "16 leves",,and if i do all my other instruments will disapere.If a try the other way,,first load up the sample with the "16 levels",,and then the drums..i cant.becouse my sample is gonna be replaced with the drums i load up.cant i just load up the sample with "16 levels" then choose the tempo i like and erase all the other ones?

16 levels is temporary, just load them all up, sequence, then hit 16 levels sequence, hit it again and you are back to your program.

just assign each sample /or copy your samples in the trim screen and assign them on to the pads in params field(shift+6)

hit the sample you want to change the tones on and hit params(f2) and there you can make the sample sound like you want, do this for each sample.

the samples need to be assigned or you wont be able to hear it on your drum pads

when you copy; you copy in the trim screen(shift+5)

Also, you can use autochromatic tuning, look it up in the manual. It is actually 64 levels instead of 16 levels, unlike 16 levels autochromatic takes up a whole DRUM. So you will have to use an open DRUM for the 64 level (autochromatic) thing.
