As I said in another thread I have been using the mpc2000xl for like 5 years. Tommorow my 4000 comes....

I did some name dropping on the other thread (mpc4000)

To hear some of my production, you can check me out on The Game "The Untold Story" track 1: neighborhood superstar.

A very beef cuasing album.

Not a Damthing to be real!

So..... The sequencing was done on a mpc2000xl, sounds were from a rol. 5080, a korg triton and reason... tracked into a digi001 on a mac... then the beat was cut up and automated on pro tools le. All the mixing was done by me (as you can probably hear).

i think the production on untold story is better than the production on the documentary. the problem with untold story is that on certain tracks the double tracking of game's vocals aren't tight. who did that compton to brooklyn track. dat shit is sick.

Compton to brooklyn was done by a vet from the bay area... His name is Sean T. Look out for that cat. He's the real deal!

havoc and hi-tek had the best beats on that album. my favorite track from game is the one that he did with the alc and prodigy. i think if the bay area cats alc, hi-tek, and havoc produced that album, then it would have been sick.
