whats the dif bettwen the 3000 and 3000LE

I'm new 2 the game. i got a 1000 mpc. just wanted to know y one sells for $1700 and the other $3000

Nothing pretty much. other than two different colors. They didn't make too many 3000 le's and its newer(I think 97). No difference as far how one works compare to the other.

I think the le comes standard with more RAM...
not shur though...

This topic has been done many times before on numerous lists.

The LE is different from a standard 3000 in:

1: The colour.
2: SMPTE chip included standard in some sales territories.
3: VGA board included in some territories at run out time.

Other than that... nothing.
