Were is my ELF'N sequences

I did 2 songs last nite on the mpc for the 1st time and I saved as a .aps

Now all the sounds and prograns are there but no sequence... were is it hidden on the disk...

sorry buddy, if you only saved an aps you aint got no sequence. gotta save the sequence individually or if you have multiple related ones save an all sequence file. learning the hard way is the most effective. you wont do it again, trust me.

yeah... learning the hard way is a bia-bia... buts its better to learn now... instead later on in the game... when you cop a high paying production deal....

just remember to pick these options when saving...


1. save all songs and sequences.... (this will save one file in an .all format containg all your recorded programming sequences along with all your songs and sequences laced in song mode... VERY IMPORTANT...)

2. save all programs and sounds... (tihs will save one file in .aps format containing all the parameter info applied to each pad in each program... also this saves all sounds .wav or .snd linked to each program.... VERY IMPORTANT...)

and save often... don't wait to finish sequencing a whole song and then save... save after each sequence or each vital program parameter change... and most importantly after a difficult sequence in which you spent several minutes or hours to perfect....
