Chipmunk Effect

I was wondering if anyone know how to get that chipmunk effect? I've tried the pitch shifter in the 4000 but it sounds like ish. :?: :?:

Speed up the sample/turn tune up

I'm not sure if this is the correct way but turn the turntable onto 45.
