Mpc2000xl Sample EQ

How do i EQ after i sampled something,,
when i sample the sound comes out hard and cold..
is it possible to do something about it?or do i have to get a sampler for that?

I guess the mpc is just a Basic sampler....I think its better that you EQ the samples with your pc en sample them to your MPC

One thing that I do is sample into the MPC, save to ZIP, take ZIP to PC, process, then take ZIP back to the MPC. Samples are eq'd and sound nice.
I don't know if u have ZIP or floppy but u can do this with both. MPC2k/MPC2kxl have no eq. It's just a "HARD AND COLD" sampler in that respect.

mpc running with 8-output expansion through to standard studio mixer, problem solved!
