he's used it so many times that you can automatically tell that it is a kanye beat.
he uses the same drum pattern, too

Turn quantize off to get your riddem exactly as you played it.

He's using NOTE REPEAT... he does it on a lot of tracks with congas... Theres no loop and I guarantee it's quantized with NOTE REPEAT...

Yeah it's note repeat on 16 levels. There's a video of him somewhere doing the same thing on another beat. He does it a lot!
