HD....you just have to format them first......you shouldn't have a problem after that.....i don't like that it is not compatible with the MPC(files).....i thought it has the sampling engine of the MPC60

the s900 is cool.....but i'd take my mpc over it......maybe once i learn it i will be okay....but everything sounds dull.....no grime just distortion.....maybe we can hit each other for tips or something......

to be honest, you should really be using dd disks as that's the drive the 900 is equipped with - hd disks will work in the short term but will be far more prone to errors later on because hd and dd disks use different magnetic media.

I can't wait to find a floppy drive to replace my cooked one. I found a place that sells them, but for $130. I bought my 900 for $80. Not a big deal, but just like replacing parts that go bad on my equipment.
