explain, what you mean by run through, have some 1 shots saved onto a disc recoreded from else where?

He means the monitr out, No, you gotta sample it to get the sound.

doesen`t sound the same way as when it`s sampled but its still gets a nice caracter
make the connection to the rec input and connect mix out to youre mixer.
make sure to turn up the level on the rec input an go into the sample section(don`t remember the exact name on the menus ) and adjust so the incoming sound is assigned to monitor out.
