Can you put the 8 analog and digital expansions in the same unit?

Hi, You can put the 8 out x 2 In ADAT, the 8 out Analog , & the Digital
In/Out spdif all at the same time.

You only have 10 Channels to work with though. You have 1-8 out (whether
Analog or Digital, both are the same) and L/R.

I have my mpc4000 set up with every available option.

It is great, I have digitals going to computer, and analogs going to hardware recorder.

If i do not want to boot up computer, just turn on hardware recorder, and track up

How does it work if you have both expansion in it..

do you have to select which output board you use?
or
do assigned sounds go out on both digital and analouge outs at the same time?

all digital outputs mirror the analog out puts.

i.e. your spdif has exactly the same audio9 as you stereo outputs.

analog outputs 1-8 mirror adat outputs 1-8
