MPC 2000 upgrade question?

Quick question, I just need confirmation to the answer.

Is the upgrade for the 2000 of the 8-outs, EB16 board, SMPTE board, and Flash Rom the same as it is for the XL?

I ask because mostly everyone rocks the XL these days then the 2000 classic. I had noticed that the upgrades carry the same original ID name for the upgrades as requested for the 2000.

i have a 2k classic and it has 8 output ,smpte not eb fx tho

but it still does not have the features that 2k xl does
