I bought another MPC on eBay that has an internal zip drive. I wanted to transfer the zip drive to my "Studio Plus," but only if it's a stock/akai zip drive. Is there a way I can tell if it's the original zip drive that came with it, or if it was installed?

whats the difference?? its the same zip drive... if you buy it from store separately and put it yourself or from some akai store where they put the zipdrive inside for you... no difference...

It's just me, personal preference. I'm not too fond of 3rd party hardware in my unit.
