Juke 179rI seen Dusty Groove has a Loose Joints 12" on Westend Records. 6 bucks ain't bad. I paid 22 at gramaphone for the same 12" 4 years ago. It's still a deep house classic.

I hope what you paid $22 dollars for is an original copy, not the early 90's re-issue with the long Walter Gibbons mix of Betty Lavette "Doing The Best That I Can" on the B side ...... both fantastic tracks but you should find that pressing cheap.

Oh yes... it always has to be an original for me. I also copped that Masters At Work presents West End Records - The 25th Anniversary Edition Mastermix. MAW did some great remixing on it but could have did better on Taana Gardner's track "When You Touch Me". That's my JAM!!!
Since we are on West End Records... I still can't find "When the Sh*t Hits the Fan" by Master Boogies Song and Dance. Now that is a CLASSIC also!

Juke,

I've only got that Master Boogie's.... "When the sh*t" on cd. I don't think that has had a re-issue on vinyl. There is a download on the West End site:

http://www.westendrecords.com/shop/downloads.php3

Look down the list on the left of the page.......it's a bit disorganised as they've got new stuff mixed with old classics. And a few surprises. They've got Carl Bean "I Was Born This Way" but I'm sure that wasn't on West End .... the original was Motown & the Timmy Regisford & Boyd Jarvis mix with the acapella intro was Next Plateau ......

Thanx bruh. I seen a bunch of Blaze and Kerri Chandler records that I might check out on that site.
I've been looking for that Carl Bean acapella on Next Plateau. You was on point for that one!
