I spend two days with this sample and I finally create an entire rough draft song with it. Only to find out the next day, that Tweet's newest song "Turn Off The Lights" or something used the exact same sample. When I heard the song, I thought to myself, "I can't believe they "stole" my sample."
What a heartbreaker (throws beat in the garbage)
Fam there's no such thing as "stole my sample". Unless you played a sequence yourself and where jacked. It's called SAMPLING for a reason. Plus thats part of the game. Whoever comes out with an arrangement first really doesn't matter, as long as it's hot! Keep EVERY beat you make, NEVER throw it out because SOMEONE will like it.
