Midi Mpc 2000 with my keyboard

I just got the MPC 2000 so bear with me. I'm tryin to play my triton Le sounds and midi them with the MPC. I cant really figure out how to get the triton sounds to come through so they sync up together. Holla if you can help me with this.

midi in and out from da mpc to da midi out and in on da triton, so da keys on da triton can also trigger da sounds on da pads.
