oh......and
sampling trains my ear.
keys trains my brain.
They complement each other.....I can match samples better, i know how to make basslines and finding the scales just by knowing the root notes, etc. and
im just starting to have a better sense of the keys to where i forget about theory and just jam and rely on my sampling skills (ears) but with the keys! ya know!
I use to think interpolating was hard, but with a little practice it really isnt.
But i agree with classics last post. Playin and producing are 2 differant things......
