I am updating my sound card for my pc, and I am at a cross roads. I want to either use a Aardvark q10 or a lynx two.
Both have plusses and minuses. I like the 8 ins/outs of aardvark, but I heard there are driver issues, and some latency. Also, the lynx two is a notch above sound wise, but I don't like the interface.
Any ideas on the issue? Any recommendations for a top quality sound card for use with Cubase SX3, Win XP, 3.2 Ghz pent 4. I need it to record digital and midi. I also use a tascam SX1LE, so I need good MIDI compatibility with an external midi mixer controller.
