I play back a sound in trim section it sounds fine. I play it in my sequence i hear a crackle or something in one of my samples. This is the only sound that does that. Any clue?

Is it the sound or any sound assigned to that pad?If it's the sound then that sound is messed up.If it's any sound on that pad it's the pad.

you probably have the sample on "LOOP" mode, and it isnt crossfaded on the ends; the difference in volume causes a scrath/pop when it loops in the mpc.

Take it off of Loop (SHIFT+TRIM - LOOP - scroll over to Loop:ON and change it to off).

Then reprogram your sequence so that the sample starts completely over each repetition, instead of simply looping itself (does that make sense?) You are basically manually programming it to loop without it "looping" in the traditional sense.

http://mpc2000xl.com/looping_tip.htm <----explains it in more detail, and even shows you how long to make each note duration inside Step Edit.

This should fix the crack/pop sound, unless of course, as these guys mentioned, the scratch sound was already in the sample, or a defective pad, or a defective output.
