mac and mpc4000

hi, this may sound silly but make sure you have selected a key group with a sample , you can see what note number your sample is on if you go to pad assign in program mode on your mpc,
I think you may be trying to edit a blank keygroup,

you can also just hit the refresh key from time to time.. ctrl click for mac and then refresh.

I had a question on dsp quattro... is it 24 bit 96k???????

dps quattro will support any format that you sound card supports, along with any other editor.

Thanks to the guys on this forum, i've been using DSP-Quattro. It blows Peak 4 out of the water!
