Yep....But you know what?...Take any Popular Rapper out there, give him one of your beats to write some lyrics to, Your track gonna be hot..no doubt. The Radio station that Plays your Sh!t HOwever is gone Play the HELL out of it until people are tired of hearing it and have the attitude, "I ain't buying that sh!t I am so sick of hearing that song.
What the Radio should do is play it once or Twice a Day...Get everybody Fiending for it, They go out and Buy it, Boom! sales hit the roof...Whatt?...nope not today!
It only takes 1 Kat. 1. Puts it up on Kazzzaaaah or Morpheus and like LAb mice it multiplies! In a few days you can download the whole damn Album...
ha ha hahaaaaa....The Free world man....Sick!
The point is, If you got some Connects, some channels, Get at the Hot Kats and putte'm on to your demo...Once you link 1? you gott'em All...Name your price.
Big Ups Scott!...

I.M.O Scott Storch is a great producer who gets talented experienced flowers on his beats. Nothing but greatness can come from that, ya'll know.
It's the combo. If you would take the beat and the rapflow apart and give the beat to some 10 000 copy selling MC and the flow to some less than great producer, I'm sure the result wouldn't be a hit.. maybe a track 11 on an album or something like that.
I wish you all a Happy New Year, go cop that mpc 2500 and get your sh*t out thurr.

Scott a founding member of the roots? I dunno about that, I gotta pull out Organix and see... I know he played keys on Do You Want More but the other kid Kamal did the keys on Illadelph Halflife... that Kamal dude been with Roots since then I think... gotta pull Illadelph out too...
Dre signed Hi-tek to a multimillion dollar deal? No way... I read the Scratch interview where he talks about his SIX FIGURE deal... Dre wouldn't sign another producer to a multimillion dollar deal, most producers dont' make millions up front, they make their money on the back end. In fact the only producers in hip hop that make sick sick money is like Dre, Timbaland, and Neptunes. They make like 100k to 250k in advance plus publishing. The Hi Tek deal you're referring to is for like 10 songs or something for six figures... probably low six figures at that but that's even good money. It probably took Hi Tek like a month or two to do 10 songs Dre would pick... and he makes what a doctor makes after like 8 years of school in less than a year.... I'm not real big on Hi Tek anyways but his early stuff on the mpc60 was good... he got a joint here and there that I like but he's overrated.
