Turntable to Computer [Help]

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my 1210's to my computer, i've got the turntable connected to the input of the vestax mixer and then output of the mixer into the input of my stereo system then into the computer, tho i dont really know where its spose to go, headphone, blue, green, pink connections.

I can hear the turntable on the stereo, though when i try to record in soundforge i get nothing, i also tryed to set the sound controls to "recording" - i get nothing.

Any help would be great.

yo Bleachie,why are you goin' from the mixer into your stereo and out to the computer?I think you should be able to go straight from the mixer to the computer.

As far you recording,you set what input you wanna use on your soundcard.Go into your soundcard options and set it up to whatever line in you're pluged into.LIne in,mic,etc.That should work.

i done it thanks man, the line input connection was on the front of my comp not the back *rolls eyes*
