Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I have the MPC 2000 xl and I am using a 61 Korg as a MIDI device with the 2000 xl. When I use the realtime control knobs on the Korg and tweak the sounds from the Korg and then sequence, everything is cool. All my sounds will stay tweaked until I decided to save the sequence in the MPC. When I go back to the main screen and play the sequence all of my Korg sounds are now untweaked. I don't understand! Can someone help me?

you have to save your sysex data from your korg on to your mpc.

i don't think that the mpc saves control changes.

i've try this also but could never get it to save changes from midi devices

it will save midi data not sure about control changes.
i think you have to save that on your korg.

My 60 saves control changes. I bet all others do too. Make sure you are not midi filtering them out.

How can I make sure that I am not filtering the midi data out in the 2000 xl? I can save all my sequences in the Korg, but even then when I load up the sequence from the Korg and press play on the MPC my sounds are still not tweaked. Is there a funtion in the MPC that I have to turn on or off to get it to send a message back to the Korg to play the sounds tweaked?
