So is it gona be "cool n dre" this year for threads. Last year it was kanye and little john and the year before it was the neptunes. I just see trend now days on forums that only point the fact that when your on top somebody wants to point at the small things to bring you down. We can't just respect the fact some how these cats have put in the work and its there time to just shine.

the problem is these guys just do beats, the really hot producers were part of groups and had beats that matched the vibe of the song. Rick Rubin said it best that this whole pick a beat and rap to it from everyknown producer is making hip hop tired, everyone gets on the hot style and shyt just sounds the same.

I'veliked what I've heard from those guys, but I think it's corny that there's a producer called Dre on a Dr Dre produced album. Not to mention Dre from Outkast, Gangsta Dre, ETC. ETC.
