I'm thinking of picking this up. Try to get rid of some unwanted vinyl hiss in some of my samples. Anyone have it? comments? I think the basic version is like $90.

I tried it quickly, didn't like it too much.

just learn how to notch out ur EQs real good, that should help enough. dont wanna get rid of the hiss all together, thats the whole essence of vinyl

The entry level sound soap program (the one you get for like $79-99) sucks!!
I have never used it as a plug-in in pro-tools b/c i dont have the rtas to vst converter, and to be honest i don't think it is worth it.. it takes the "life" out of your samples and makes them sound way over processed. just my experience. I'll sell it to you for a good price if you still want to try it. just pm me. Peace.

I agree.. it does take the life out of your samples.. what i do is for the major clips I just zooom in like crazy and take down the peaks with the pencil tool in pt.
