change a program

Hi friends, i have a dude about change programs in a track. I read the manual but i just don´t understand it. Well, i load some programs into my mpc 2000xl but if i want to use a program in track 1 of sequence 1 and after i want to use other program in track 2, what must i do it? it´s say... i load 2 programs for example drum.pgm & sample.pgm, how could i do it if i want to use drum.pgm in track1 & sample.pgm in track 2?

well i dont know of any other way then loading the actual .wav files from disk instead of the programs. load whatever .wavs you want to use and make another program with those sounds.

umm i dont have problems with create programs, my problem is use a program, that i have created, in a track and after use other program, that i have created, in a diferent track

right but what i am saying is why dont you load the individual sounds you want from BOTH programs and use on ONE program instead of switching between the two?

Load ur drum.pgm
Use the data wheel to select it.

Load ur sample.pgm
Use the data wheel to select it.

On the main menu choose the drum with the PGM you loaded for whatever track you want.

Anyway, u have drum 1,2,3 & 4. Put a program on each and switch between them accordingly (Per track)

i think that i dont understand you, because i want use diferent programs on diferent tracks not only one program.. for example:

Sequence 1 :

track1 --> i want to use percu.pgm
track2--->i want use a diferent program, for example sample1.pgm
track3---> i want to use other program, effects.pgm

Are you taking in what is being said to you....Its all there. At any given time, u can use 4 programs at once. When u load a new program remember to be on a clean Drum. Ie If Drum 2 is un-used, load your next program into it. Then u have a pgm on Drum 1 and a pgm on Drum 2. Switch to the one u wanna use per track

ok friends, i create my programs with mpc editor, a software that i download it. After i load that programs into my mpc 2kxl. I question it because of i had an AKAI S3000XL then i could choose a program in a track, other program in another track, etc... but I dont undestand how do it in the mpc2kxl. it´s say only i want to have diferents programs on diferents tracks like i did ir in the s3000xl

ok thankx, i think i understand it into drum1, drum2, drum3 & drum4 i can load programs and then in the main screen i select the drum that i want to use. but a drum can has some programs. Is there some way to select a program of drum1(for example) in track1 & other program of drum1 but in track2?

ARGH cant you read you can assing 4 pgms first goes to DRUM1 second DRUM2 etc..... is it so hard to understand? then you put DRUM1 TO TRACK1 and DRUM2 to TRACK2 etc.....
