iomega zip drive

i just purchased a "nec-iomega-zip 100 mb internal"
on ebay...
will this work?
anyone using the "nec" iomega's????
i know the classics work but does this?
i thought about after i purchased...
will it work?

Sounds to me like your connection via MPC scsi end isn't holding its contact. Though its hard to find the cables I know of a acomputer store that may be able to help. Stone Computer, they have a website same name. I went thru hell getting mine together at first and rather than go crazy looking for a needle in a haystack I copped adapter. I feel your pain, you said you have the 100mb zip correct. the 250mb isn't to much more expensive and if you're a kit stacker like I am. Need I say more.

take it from me i had an external jaz drive hooked up to my MPC one day the shit stopped working all my files are now in the MATRIX I damm near cried ...after that I installed and internal ZIP drive .......

I have Internal 250 iomega made zip drive and use ONLY fuji brand disks and I never have any probs...

come on people....
NEC...does it work?
