sound loading

when i load sounds off of my scsi cdrom most of the sounds have this annoying noise in it sirt of like distortion and its mainly with the kick drums anyone have a clue CUZ I DONT

where u gettin the sounds from?

im getting the sounds from a cd that omeone gave me but when i listen to the sounds they r fine but when i playback they are corrupt

are u running them thru ur 8outs?? check the level on them sometimes when they are too loud they distort..

open the trim modus and look where the sounds are marked

thanx imma try that see if it works never tought of the volume being to loud

You always gotta keep an eye on the volume.When you start peakin' that's when things get ugly.

c im only loaading the files from scsi cdrom how would i keep an eye on the volume from that

My bad.On my external rom it has a volume control so i just assumed yours did.

oh ok cuz i was kinda confused but im only new at this so i thought there may have been a way
