Yeah I got a hd for my XL. I love it. I've never wanted to deal with zips because I've heard so man bad stories so I went straight from floppy to SCSI drive.

I couldn't say anything about the card reader but I would never want to give up my hd. Sooo much better than floppies and zip.

which harddrive would you suggest?

I don't even know what kind mine is or anything. I can't really help you with that. I just got mine at scsiforsamplers.com but I think that site is gone now.

the card readers seem cool but the lil disc cost like 50$ bucks each. it think it would be live if the user could use those jump drives  :!:

Check the back of the xl manual, don't people use a manual anymore.

scsiforsamplers.com

And don't ask me something that you've asked out in
the forum, if it's a ? specifically for me then cool.
