My LCD has a short in it

Well I knew I was going to have to do this eventually but, I need you guys (especially the ones in Cali) to direct me to the best place to get my 60 serviced and get the short repaired in my backlight/LCD. I know of VST and Forat are there anymore? Also does anyone know a ball park estimate of how much it'll cost me?

Is it still the wires that are off the pins?

If so I'll do it, just mail me the inverter board. I've done exactly that for other 60's.
