I don't know what this is called, so i didnt know what to search for, so please keep the "use the search function" comments out of this thread.

basically, i wanted to know how to make that noise with a sample when it plays repeatedly really fast. i cant really describe what i mean accurately, but i wanted to know after listening to alias, because he uses it a lot. i mean like making a snare drum hit really fast a bunch of times in a row.

im using an mpc1000 if that helps any.

Try playing it in triplets.

or u might want to hold down tempo and press kick snare whatever it is u want rolled

Yeah,you apply the triplets then hold down tap tempo and the pad.

DAmn i must've been tired last night. :lol: I meant Note Repeat.But technically it's the same button.
