rite i hav read most of the articles of chopping on here but it still dnt anser my question. i no how 2 chop and how 2 make it a new program but wot is da point of it cause wen i chop up a sample say into 7 pieces and layer it in2 a new program wen i try and make an original sequence it sounds reli jumpy and wrong. wot ova uses r chopping?

You still got tweaking to do on those samples, they aren't just perfect right out the gate you know.

Chopping is VERY good when mostly taking apart/dissecting a riff, loop or whatever you want. You make an original sequence out of the chops.
