equing with the mpc

how would i eq a kick in the mpc 4k or so i need to send to pc and use a program if so what woule bea good program to do this

Check out Alto chart and use peak or triple filters, plus you can go to pad mixer and used digital eq along with q-link. There are many ways as you can think. Check out making music with samples thread.
