Do you ever worry about compressing and sending a wet signal into your DAW which cant be undone.. I know compression is a whole nother topic, but i need to get comfortable doing so. Pretty much doing the same thing your doing via the patch bay. I want it setup so that the 8 outs setup are by the defualt the same on every song. ( kicks output 1) ( snare output 2). And i can patch compression into any of the outs before it hits my recorder. ALso Im going to try to create a template (blank seq) with the 8 outs setup along with the midi channels situated A/B 1-16, MTC parameters in place to sync with my DAW..I'll save the "template.all" as so and just rename it when i create a new track. This should eliminate time spent on setting up for a new song .. I been working on my Motif so long as my default sequencer i forget if what i just mentioned gets saved under a "all" file or "pgm".
